Split-system installation
Single or multi-head, sized to the room, the outdoor unit placed where it can be serviced and won't annoy the neighbours.

Annual service on splits and ducted systems, fault finding and repairs on most brands. Fixed service price for working equipment.
Gas ducted heating
Servicing, carbon-monoxide testing and repairs. Gas work is done by Marco Furlan, our licensed gasfitter, never by someone unlicensed.
Ducted reverse-cycle
Whole-home heating and cooling, zoning, and gas-to-electric changeovers planned around how the house is actually used.

Every figure includes GST. Anything that could change the price is on the same page as the price, not on the invoice.
Standard service, split or ducted
Filters, coils, drains, refrigerant check, electrical connections, operating test.
Not working? Fault finding is around $150 inc. GST for the first 45 minutes, then a written price for the repair. Fixed prices apply to working equipment.
Single split, straightforward install
Back-to-back, up to 3 metres of pipe, existing power point within reach. Longer runs, a new circuit or a two-storey lift change the price and are quoted before we book.
Ducted reverse-cycle starts around $9,900 inc. GST for a compact single-storey home and is always measured on site. Prices checked recently. The full list, with what changes them.

Dan started Kestrel Air in 2016 after a decade installing for bigger outfits around the bayside. He still does the site measures himself. Priya runs the phones and the diary, Marco handles the gas side, and two technicians round out the crew.
